Terms and Conditions:
- VIP Membership cards are non-transferable.
- Only the VIP Membership cardholder can redeem benefits.
- Only VIP member paying bill may meet eligibility requirements.
- Only same year transactions may count towards VIP Membership attainment eligibility requirements.
- Accumulated transactions may meet eligibility requirements for attaining VIP Membership status.
- No personal information of VIP member will be made available to third parties.
- Membership card must be presented in order to redeem VIP benefits and to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining status.
- VIP benefits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- VIP benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions.
- Upon attainment of VIP membership card, benefits and discounts are redeemable for next visit only.
- Rokku will issue a new VIP Membership card at charge to member if card is lost.
- Dollar spent on VIP members account must be added at time of visit and not retroactive.
- Rokku reserves the right to audit any VIP Membership account at anytime.
- Rokku reserves the right to change or modify the VIP Membership programme at anytime.
- Rokku reserves the right to terminate VIP Membership programme at anytime without notice and without any obligation to redeem VIP benefits after termination date.
